Dr. Drew Pinsky, famous for the radio call-in show "Loveline," is splitting up with his Upper West Side penthouse in New York City. He's asking for $1,590,000.

This is after he and his wife, Susan Pinsky, gave the two-bedroom, two-bath unit a high-tech makeover in 2013.

Updates included a Crestron home automation system, electronic shades, Apple TV, Sonos sound system with speakers, and Nest.

A modernized kitchen now features a galley-style layout, custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator. There’s ample space to entertain, thanks to a 20-foot-long dining room and living area, too.

The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet as well as built-in storage and is large enough to accommodate a seating area.

“We renovated two baths with marble and tile to give it a spa feel,” says Susan. “We also added carpet over the wood floors, and I had custom beds made.”

Cloaked in travertine marble, both baths also feature dual showerheads and glass-enclosed showers.

The couple bought the penthouse in 2013 to be closer to their daughter attending Barnard College. Recently, they moved downtown to Hudson Yards and have been renting out this unit.

“We were so happy with the Crestron system, we added it to our current location as well,” Susan says.

The 17-story Princeton House, built in 1986, boasts a 24/7 staffed lobby, a parking garage with valet service, a communal rooftop terrace, and a recently revamped fitness center.

Another selling point is the price.

“There’s not much [in this neighborhood] for two-bedroom condos under $2 million,” says Sofia Falleroni of Compass, who holds the listing.

Plus, Lincoln Center, Central Park, numerous cafes and restaurants, and public transportation are all within a few blocks.

“This is a great location for anyone who wants easy access to the city and Columbia University,” says Susan. “The express train has you at 42nd Street in seven minutes.”

Who will buy this? Falleroni has a few ideas.

“It could be for someone going to Columbia University, or for someone who appreciates convenience. The subway is in that block," she adds.
