A KARATE Kid star is unrecognisable after he recently posed with his grown-up daughter on the red carpet.

Ralph Macchio has left fans stunned after he recently stepped out with his gorgeous daughter.

The 60-year-old is best known for his work on the four Karate Kid movies and spin-off TV series Cobra Kai.

The first of the quadrilogy was released in 1984 and starred a young Ralph who played the role of Daniel LaRusso.

After being jumped by other kids, La Russo met Mr Miyagi - a karate master who taught him the martial arts.

Now, almost 40 years on the from franchise's original release the actor is unrecongnisable.

He hit the red carpet with his beautiful daughter Julia Macchio for the premiere of Hocus Pocus 2.

The 30-year-old followed in her father's footsteps and is also an actor, having starred in the TV series Cobra Kai and Girl Most Likely (2012).

She wore a PVC-style dress that covered her neck and arms as she posed with her dad.

Ralph donned a navy-blue blazer jacket with a grey shirt underneath and black suit trousers to accompany.

Iconic Disney film Hocus Pocus is making a return with its original cast after 29 years since the first instalment.

It features three witches who were executed in the 17th century but are awoken and wreak havoc.

Sarah-Jessica Parker, Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy have all reprised their roles for the sequel.
