The sale transaction was completed through documents submitted by certain abc carpet and home furnishing entities under Chapter 11. This process was supported by 888 Capital Partners, LLC, a consortium composed of investors with multiple generations of experience in the household goods and consumer products field, both as financing providers and buyers. The sale was approved by the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on October 27 and ended yesterday.
