Hands-on evaluation: Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro

Ecovacs' Deebot N8 Pro has deepened my feelings. At first I didn't realize that a change was taking place gradually, but by the end of the review, my heart had been conquered. I always thought it needed a shiny new computer or gaming system, but this humble robot cleaner surprised me.

Facts have proved that disassembling and setting up Deebot N8 Pro is a breeze. Once I downloaded the app to my iPhone, all that was left was to put it on our home network, and then it disappeared.

Deebot’s website tells me that the suction power of the previous model has increased by 73%. This extra suction is due to placing the suction motor next to the floor. Looking at the work it has done on our tiled floors and carpets, my new friends in Cobos will be happy to see that Deebot N8 Pro is really bad. It even managed to remove what we thought would leave permanent marks on the carpet.

With each pass of Deebot, it became weaker and weaker, because more of the condensate on our carpet was sucked away. With the built-in HEPA filter system, Deebot N8 Pro ensures that small particles are filtered without being blown back into the air. My asthmatic lungs and sensitive sinuses appreciate this.

The N8 Pro will run for 110 minutes between charges. According to the website, charging takes about 4 hours. If the battery is low, Deebot will return to the charging station to charge, and then resume cleaning.

A beautiful feature is to use the mopping function of the OZMO mopping system. Ecovacs reports: "DEEBOT N8 PRO can vacuum and mop at the same time.

With this innovative technology, you can conveniently set four humidity levels for different needs and floor types (such as laminate, wood or ceramic tiles) through the app. The water tank is designed for a large area, so you can continue to add water without interrupting the cleaning process.

I am very happy to take a break from the wipe deck. A kind of enjoyment appeared on our tiles. Manual washing usually leaves streaks, but Deebot avoids this in some way. I stood in the bathroom for a few hours, admiring the charming reflection looking back at me. You can change the water use rate, but I kept it at the lowest setting, and the result is very good.

Deebot’s website reports: “Due to its carpet detection function, DEEBOT N8 PRO can immediately recognize the carpet and react accordingly by increasing suction and avoiding the area when mopping the floor.” However, if you comment on the product’s The box is scattered on the floor, don’t be surprised if it wets the floor and asks for your help.

Auto-empty Station is an optional accessory worth considering, especially if you want a hands-free cleaning experience.

It has a disposable dust bag with a capacity of 2.5 liters, which you replace every 30 days. It will add $400 to the purchase price of $899, but you will get an easy cleaning solution. The only task you have to undertake is to fill the water container while mopping the floor.

As a continuous tidier, I learned that tidying the floor allows Deebot to paint our home systematically. Too many things block you, and you might end up making Deebot dangling back and forth.

You can schedule your cleaning work and then forget about it. If the battery power drops during the cleaning process, Deeboot will return to the charging station and restart the cleaning from where it left off. It may not pass the stairs, but it will recognize them and prevent itself from falling. Ecovac's app is easy to use, even if you are out and about, you can do housework immediately.

You will find that Deebot is slower (and thorough) than a manual vacuum cleaner. The pile of our carpet feels completely new, more elastic and elastic. Checking the dust container found a lot of very good things, which I think are worn-out things in our pile. Every cleaning seems to take the carpet to the next level.

Looking through the house, our carpet seems to have lost a few years of age and returned to its original beige color. Since I took over the vacuuming job in our house, it has become a gray beige. Check out some videos from one of the listed dealers and they point out that there is no tube and the suction motor is placed directly on the ground, which means it sucks more than a normal hand-held vacuum cleaner.

My beautiful wife tends to ignore my lyrics about the items I review. After years of deliberately ignoring my excitement, she finally made tears of joy shed in my eyes. She said, "Come on!"

Those with larger houses may be eager to check out Kovac's other models, some of which offer longer two-charge runtimes. Deebot N8 PRO is the ideal choice for our three-bedroom family. The 110-minute battery life ensures complete coverage and keeps your floor tidy.

Deebot N8 Pro is very suitable for medium-sized households where time is precious and the floor must be clean. I can say that Cobos has made me a better (cleaner) person and at the same time allows me to clean wherever I am. This is a product that won both my heart and my wife's heart. It is harder for her to impress.
